Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains the personal information ProXP collects when you use the Service, how that information is used, and the choices you have. By accessing or using ProXP, you consent to this Policy. If you do not agree with it, do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including account details (name, email, profile photo), project content, contribution details, and any feedback you submit. We also automatically collect limited technical data, such as your browser type, device information, IP address, and usage logs, to maintain and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its features.
  • Display public project and portfolio content as configured by you.
  • Communicate with you about updates, security issues, or support requests.
  • Monitor the Service for abuse, fraud, or security threats.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers (for example, hosting and infrastructure vendors) solely to deliver the Service. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to investigate misconduct. Public portfolio content is visible to anyone with the URL and may be indexed by search engines.

4. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service. You may update or delete your contributions at any time. When an account is closed, we will delete or anonymise associated data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention requirements and our legitimate business interests.

5. International Transfers

ProXP is operated from Australia and may process data in other locations via third-party providers. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information outside your country of residence, where data protection laws may differ.

6. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

You may review and update your account information at any time. To delete your account or remove portfolio content, contact us using the details below. You may opt out of non-essential communications by following unsubscribe instructions included in those messages.

8. Children

ProXP is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that a child under 16 has provided personal data, we will delete that information promptly.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date and, if changes are material, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
